Payments and Refunds
All services are prepaid. Monthly packages are billed in advance. Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced unless specified under a written service agreement.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate and timely information to ensure smooth execution. Delays from the client's end may result in timeline adjustments.
Limitation of Liability
Qzent.xyz is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client or third-party platform issues (e.g., Facebook Ads account bans).
Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
